Lisa’s experience with cabinetry started in a family owned business where she worked in the shop building and installing cabinets which affectionately earned her the nicknames “Sandy”, “Dusty” and “Li’l Hurc”. Lisa also worked for a major retailer designing kitchens while going back to school to earn a second degree in Interior Design, where she was awarded an NKBA Excellence in Education award.
She has since become accredited as a Certified Kitchen and Bath with the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Currently, Lisa is on the local NKBA board and has written articles on the ins and outs of kitchen remodels.
She is the mother of two beautiful children, Samantha and Logan. She has a passion for gardening, which she learned from her mother and regularly brings garden bouquets to the showroom. As a life-long learner, she aspires to become fluent in both French and Spanish. A Parisian Café with a view of La Rive Gauche is on the travel agenda.
